Being coached prior leaving, will also allow you to already work on yourself and establish the frame of this experience. we will already explore your limiting beliefs and all the elements blocking you from moving forward with your endeavours.

SOLO TRAVELLING DEPARTURE

It is time for you to move and travel, a step towards new personal discoveries. You will live different types of experiences while traveling. Having the support of a dedicated coach will definitely help take advantage of these experiences and increase your awareness progression.

INITIATION TO PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

In Peru to hike, Bali to learn how to kite surf or Thailand for an initiation to yoga, this new experience will allow you to enhance your sense of achievement and trigger a change of mindset.

EXPERIENCE ARRIVAL

During this experience, your coaching sessions enabled you to explore further all your personal reflections and discoveries. The powerful questioning process helped you reflect positively and constructively on your thoughts. Being able to exteriorise your thoughts and feelings relieved you from pressure and allow you to let go and embrace the experience even further.
